Where should I park on the wedding day?
Parking is available at the Watercolor Lake House venue, 235 WaterColor Blvd W, Santa Rosa Beach FL, or in the surrounding area near Cerulean Park along Watercolor Blvd on a first come first serve basis. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot and walk to the ceremony location.
Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors at Western Lake Park which is a short walk from the LakeHouse. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors at Watercolor Lake House, perfect for enjoying the evening while staying comfortable.
What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly, so plan to be seated by then.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for the evening is cocktail attire. Ladies can opt for a long, midi, or knee-length dress. Men should wear a suit or a jacket and slacks with a nice dress shirt. We can't wait to see you dressed up!
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your children, we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception due to restricted numbers. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited capacity, we can only host the people named on your invitation, so we ask that you do not bring a guest. We want to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
What should we do if we have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We’ll work with our caterer to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a delicious meal!
What is the best way to get to WaterColor?
If you're flying, the closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), about 35 minutes away. From there, you can rent a car or arrange a rideshare to WaterColor. Please visit the Travel tab for more details.
Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?
Yes, we have planned for all possibilities. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to a beautiful indoor space within WaterColor.
